Most equipment in our Used/Refurbished Equipment section have a 90-day limited warranty. Used endoscopes priced at $5,000 or above have a one (1) year limited warranty unless otherwise indicated. | | Returns: | - Returns MUST be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order (this includes products purchased through our eBay account).
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before items are returned. Contact ESS, Inc. at 1 (845) 277-1700 to obtain your RMA number.
- Equipment must be shipped back prepaid to ESS, Inc. within one (1) week after RMA number is received.
- Equipment/accessories must be unopened and unused.
- Condition of item upon return will be determined by ESS, Inc.
- All items for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Special-order (custom) items are not returnable or refundable.
